Inexpensive, upfront pricing allows you to fully anticipate what you will be charged before you come in to your visit.

There are two types of plans:

General Visit - $85

Ongoing Care for the same health issue $65

Complex Visit - $120

Ongoing Care for the same health issue $95

General Visit

Typically takes about 15 minutes and includes treatment for the most common health issues:

Complex Visit

Typically takes about 30 minutes and includes treatment for multiple health issues or symptoms that may require more time to evaluate.

Comprehensive Physical or Pre – Operative Exam $125

Includes a health assessment, complete physical exam.

 

Camp, School, College, Medical Field Student Physical Exam $125

Standard physical exam to ensure the individual is healthy and physically prepared to perform camp, school or sports.
Specific requirements may vary by school, camp or sports association.

These prices do not include possible additional charges for Lab tests that may be necessary to evaluate certain conditions.

We have negotiated Self Pay prices with an Imaging Center for MRI, X-Ray. Other services available.

We have negotiated Self Pay prices with a Lab to order your blood work, Lab work. Other services available.
