Connie Fogle

 MSN, ARNP, FNP-BC. Nurse Practitioner

I joined Dr. Echavarria at his practice in March 2015.  Connie’s career in the medical field began in 1993 in the discipline of nursing.  She received her undergraduate degree (BSN) at the University of North Florida (UNF) earning the honors designation, Summa Cum Laude. She continued her education at UNF to earn her Masters Degree in the Science of Nursing (MSN).  She is ANCC board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Connie relocated to Clermont from Jacksonville, FL. in late 2014, where she worked at Southlake Family Practice in St. Augustine. There she gained invaluable experience working with patients from ages two and up.

Connie enjoys traveling, being outdoors, especially hiking and biking with her husband Rich.
